1. What is the standard of the products of Plasmed?
Ans: According to the requirement of ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016.

2. How many types of packing for export goods?
Ans: We use the safe export carton. There are two types of cartons, which are classified as blank and with "Plasmed" mark. And we can provide special package as per customers' request.

3. Do all goods need Sterilization?
Ans: Not all goods. Some goods must be sterilized, such as Petri Dish. Some goods can be sterilized as per customers' request.

4. How to make sterilization?
Ans: Adopt EO or E-BEAM Sterilization. The best use period is in 3 years and 4 years respectively.

5. Storage Requirements for Plastic Products!
Ans: Storage environment needs to be dry, ventilated, far away from fire sources and avoid direct sunlight. Temperature ranges from 16℃ to 32℃ and humidity ranges from 30℃ to 60℃. General Warehouses can meet the above requirements.

6. Whether the products can be autoclave?
Ans: PS products are not belong to high temperature resistant materials, cannot be high temperature and high pressure. PP & PE products can be autoclave once. The diameter of the measuring cup is large normally. It is recommended to loosen the cap but do not separate the tube and the cap during high temperature autoclave.

7. Why do some PP products will be occurred yellow color after E-Beam or Gamma sterilization!
Ans: We adopt various grades of PP resins. Gamma-ray resistance PP resin, it will be no yellowing. Now, our 1.8ml & 5ml storage tubes, 12ml & 30ml flat bottom centrifuge tubes, 15ml and 50ml conical bottom centrifuge tubes are used this PP resin.

8. Can clinical consumables be re-used?
Ans: No. All our products standards are for disposable medical plastic consumables.
